Michelle was the sweetest, I was so scared to get my hair done because normally the dressers never talk, but she talked so much and was so bright, Donna was also very very sweet and a delightful person, the manager was very helpful and also very very nice. Everyone here was amazing, if u want your hair done definitely go to ulta its so much better then a normal hair salon!!!
Friendly staff, was asked if I needed anything by sales floor attendant. Ellie at the register was great! Kind/sweet energy. Conversed about products.
Me and my daughter went into Ulta to get help with an eyeliner for her help with cat eye on hooded eyes we both had no idea how or where to start your employee Anna helped us out and she even had hooded eyes so she helped my daughter with a short but sweet tutorial and she helped us pick out the perfect beginner eyeliner thank you for being so nice!
Update: Scott at this location is the ONLY person from Ulta who reached out to assist me and offered help. Ulta corporate called me only once just to ask me if Scott reached out, not to speak with me about the incident. I'm very satisfied with Scott's handling of the situation, and of him offering me a refund. His kindness is the reason I will return to this location for shopping purposes.
