I dont like the customer service here. No one welcomes me when i walk in and the cashier with a bun is giving weird vibes like she doesnt want to provide customer service. Also, not one employee asked if i needed help.I’ll be shopping online from now on.
I bought a lancome blush which was not cheap, along with a number of other lancome products. It was more than 30 days ago, but I barely wear blush. When I opened the blush, it broke into pieces all over the floor. I brought it back to Ulta, but the manager Alex and head cashier wouldn't help me out at all. I know that it seems unlikely, but it was true. They didn't give me any solutions. Ill never shop there again. People spend so much at that store. Shameful!!! Very disappointed!!
Janet has become my go-to person for the make up and hair. She is super talented and knowledgeable. She did my make up on several occasions and did an incredible job. Every time I leave her chair, I feel like a million dollars. Cannot say enough good things about her!
