Update: Scott at this location is the ONLY person from Ulta who reached out to assist me and offered help. Ulta corporate called me only once just to ask me if Scott reached out, not to speak with me about the incident. I'm very satisfied with Scott's handling of the situation, and of him offering me a refund. His kindness is the reason I will return to this location for shopping purposes. I was super excited to get my hair done at Ulta today - thinking of making them my new forever home. But my nail appointment ran over and put me around 10-15 min late - that is completely on me and inex. I called just make sure they knew I was running late. I was booked at 2pm and 430 because I booked ALOT! I was helped by Jade today in the fragrance section and I left extremely happy! I adored her selections for me and left with a new brand to display and wear. I can’t wait to layer them up! 10/10 customer service (if you’re reading this Jade, that pink black opium scent I can never find is Neon I just googled it lol)
had an incredible appointment at Ulta. My stylist Janet took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and delivered beyond my expectations. They were skilled, patient, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire service. My haircut/color came out beautifully, and I’ve gotten so many compliments. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this stylist to anyone looking for quality work.
