Many employees here are super rude. Not helpful. Evil eye everywhere. Terrible management as well…clearly. The blonde one is always rude, she has been haunting this store for the past 4+ years now. She’s made me uncomfortable every single time especially when I’d get my hair done. Glad my hair stylist escaped this mess! That was the last time I visited 🫢 until now (unfortunately) They were rude to my mom as well, which I cannot forgive. I normally go to Sephora, or literally any other Ulta!

Very friendly and helpful staff! Helped my mom with color corrector and explained the differences between it and concealer. Definitely returning

I bought a cc cream during the 21 days of beauty. When I tried it the day after purchase, I realized it wasn't the correct shade. I went to the store a few hours later to do an even exchange for the same product in a different shade, since only one day had passed since purchase, but they wouldn't allow it.
