The cashier phoebe was unpleasant and rude, as a black woman herself she was racially profiling two other black women. We walked into the store she was giving us crazy looks, I went to check out and wanted to get my birthday reward but my phone was taking very long, I asked her if I could pay and step to the side to pull up the barcode, she just asked for my ID and checked my birthday, and then she condescendingly told me that it was okay this one time but the next time I needed to have the app ready and made a sarcastic fac... read more

I went in today asking for help, the cashier was extremely rude.
I honestly went in confused and overwhelmed by how much stuff they had. Im new to makeup. But a lovely staff member named Kelly helped me pick the right things and listened to what I wanted. She is super friendly and made my experience quick and easy. 10/10
