I called ahead of coming kinda last minute to inquire about eye contacts to match my costume on Halloween day. Someone did answer the phone and say that they only Had 2 pair left in the color I wanted. I asked the woman who answered the phone for me if she could put a pair aside that I was on my way and she said that she would. I drove 10 miles only to get there and both pair are sold. Then she lied and said she tried to call me back and I didn’t answer. I definitely will not be returning
I’ve always loved ULTA Beauty — it used to be my go-to place for all things makeup and skincare. They have a great selection of products and brands, and I’ve discovered a lot of favorites here over the years. However, lately the customer service hasn’t been the same. It’s really hard to find someone available to help or answer questions about products, and when you do, they often seem rushed or uninterested. Located in shopping center , very convenient to get too , along with parking is free . This location seems to very busy due to it being a tourist area .
Stylist Georgia cut my hair and i love it so much. I got the trending "Old money bob/90's long bob" layered with alot of body and movement. Very pleased!
