I got my hair done here yesterday. I booked for a cut and flat iron. I expressed to the stylist that I believed my ends were damaged and I was ok with losing some length to get it healthy. The red flags started when she attempted to put direct heat on my soaking wet hair. She then cuts my hair before straightening it (which is not customary for Black women; note the stylist was also a Black woman). I just wrote a horrible review for another Ulta in Cary, NC. Realizing I never gave a review to the Ulta at Settlers Market, which had amazing employees with exceptional customer service. I was there in July for a girls trip. We went to Ulta and stocked up on all kinds of goodies for our trip (travel items, face masks, makeup, all the great things you can find in Ulta). The staff there is incredibly helpful. We had a wonderful lady that helped us look for and decide what fragrances to purchase. Overall the staff was bubbly and helpful. Great team there!

Just left Ulta… feeling so grateful for the wonderful help we received from Nabeel. We had a lot of questions and concerns and they were very supportive, knowledgeable and fun at the same time. Thanks you Nabeel!
