Stephanie in the salon is absolutely fabulous!! I went in with dead ends and she restored my hair and took 4 inches off I love my hair🥰 Her customer service is top notched and she is very knowledgeable in her craft🫶
I was checking out today and there was a new cashier behind the counter. I was the only person in the queue. No one else behind me. There were four others behind the counter, along with the new cashier, not really assisting her at the register. When they finally bothered to assist her, they told me that my unused gift card had no balance on it and they threw away. Suspicious.. POOR teamwork, and customer service. Blessing to the new hire.
