i was at the camarillo location, the cashier first of all was very rude, and definitely did not have any reason to work in customer service. the manager sierra was no better, she was very rude and very disrespectful, they both had a lot of attitude. people like that should definitely not work in a place where you have to interact with other people, especially working for such a big company.

I get it like not everyone wants to be at work but when im giving you more customer service then you should be giving me…. it gets to a point. really rude cashier

My wife and sister in law go nuts at these stores. They always talk about the latest products. And I don't know if we were just having a bad day or if it's this store. They asked about some products that the store app showed the store had in stock, but the service persons said they didn't have them. So they picked up some other products they were anxious to get and waited at the front of the line for a while before one of the three/four cashiers called them up. Do not order the curbside order. The absolute worst. No dedicated parking spots for the curbside order. Making you wait for 30 min. Lie to you that the order will be out in less than five min and it isn’t 20 min later. Do not promise the service that you are not capable of providing. One star for the most lovely employee that carried the order out for me. They get 5 stars actually but the overall experience one thanks to your team member otherwise it’s not even a zero.
