I had the worst experience ever. I have gone to ulta many times to get my eyebrows done. This last weekend was the worst experience ever. My appointment was changed to a different girl then I booked with. It was changed to Evelin O. She was straight up rude. Rush through the whole thing. You could tell she didnt want to be waxing. She was super rough. As a result left a scar that is still there 4 days later. When I go to ulta I expected more. I am so disappointed and WILL NOT be getting waxed by her again.
