Although this store has a good amount of inventory, the customer service is HORRIBLE and I am specifically referring to Lenox. I visited this store a few weeks ago to stock up on some items before I traveled out of the country. As I waited in line, Lenox was working the front register. As she checked customers out, I noticed she never greeted anyone, never asked if they found what they were looking for, or (at the very least) smiled. Love Ulta! They had what I wanted in stock and everyone was so helpful.
Typically, my expectations are low when walking into this store, or any store, honestly, especially when it comes to getting help with shade matching or product recommendations. However, I was genuinely surprised today. I came in after being poorly matched (not shocked) and also being sold the Fenty translucent pressed powder, which left a white cast. I came with my MIL to grab some things and browse. The associates were more than welcoming! The store is clean and well kept. When I got to the register Savannah helped us check out and let me know that I had some rewards which was a nice surprise! I was able to grab a soap from Naturium that I had been eyeing called “the perfector” (this section is just for Savannah!! Girl the soap works so well!!
