Disappointed in the customer service experience provided at this location. Lack of effort to help remedy a problem that was a technical error where the credit card reader approved a purchase but the computer system didn’t register it. My daughter tried to purchase 2 items and only 1 rang up for $16.96. She used her gift card to pay the amount only to realize we were also missing the second item. Special shout out to Lennox and Faith. If you go, ask for on of them. These ladies are absolutely personable and treated me with great care. I will always travel back here for them.
From last week on to the few weeks prior, I came to this store 3 times and was never greeted by anyone including the people at the register and they absolutely saw me. I had to ask for help.
Friendly staff and the store is always clean and stocked well. That’s why I spent too much each time I go lol😊 Updated: Thank you Faith for helping me color match and find a product suitable for my skin type. You were very patient and helpful.
