I'm astounded that Kayla is still working here. I made a complaint a while back about her, directly to one of the associates (who was very kind and helpful) And I was certain it'd be sorted out considering every other great experience I have here. I just got my hair colored by Sheryl P., and OMG—I am absolutely in love with the results! From the moment I sat in her chair, I knew I was in good hands. The way she blended and worked the color into my hair was truly amazing—it came out even better than I imagined. You can tell she really knows what she’s doing and has a ton of experience and talent. Idk lowkey I don’t have family or anyone to celebrate with really n I heard ulta did birthday gifts so I was going around trying to get myself stuff and I asked the blonde chick at the counter if they did that n I just seemed like I annoyed you? My bad lol anyways she said they didn’t have any and maybe they’d get some more tomorrow but that’s the end of my birthday month. No worries tho but kindness goes a long way
