Pretty disappointed in my visit today and a couple of recent past visits. No one greeted me when I walked in not asked if I needed any assistance. Not sure if it's because I wasn't wearing any makeup today or what. I shouldn't have to go out of my way to ask someone for help when there are associates standing around talking to each other. I went to Ulta in hopes that someone could help me find the right shade for foundation or CC/BB cream. Unfortunately that did not happen.
The staff here is SO RUDE! Never helpful and a little racist. Take the time to go to a farther store or their competitor.
They got my sister the best lip stain and makeup for her wedding. They noted that she's a soft summer/soft autumn border.
