Chrissy was extremely helpful by phone! She attempted to place me on hold to check if a product was in stock and accidentally disconnected our call. To my surprise, this sweet girl called me back! Chrissy kept me on the phone while she checked for my product and explained about shipment to give me a better understanding of their availability of products. Thank you, Ulta, for hiring employees like Chrissy to care for your clients!

Brianna is hands down THE best!!! she shade matched me first try instantly, carefully read ingredients for me and listened to all my makeup concerns!! Truly a role model employee, please ask for her!! I was also helped by an employee named Dustin, he made sure i was fully taken care of and made sure accommodate me in a very nice manner, they are really nice employees and made my shopping experience very easy going and well ☺️

I'm astounded that Kayla is still working here. I made a complaint a while back about her, directly to one of the associates (who was very kind and helpful) And I was certain it'd be sorted out considering every other great experience I have here. When coming in to shop the other day I was bombarded over and over about what I want to buy and about credit cards. Listen.
