Visiting from out of town. Was offered appt in 1 hour. Scarlett did a great job on my color. Highly recommend!
I love the eccentric people who work here. The downside is that much of the time they are out of stock of most items.
Rude staff
If you like going into a store and feeling like you aren't worth their time or space, this is the store for you! I thought we were passed judging people by their appearance and thinking they have nothing but, I suppose not! This store needs to work on their customer service. I do my very best not to be rude anywhere I go. I went in and asked for help locating a couple of things and no one seemed interested in helping me (3 people to be exact).
