The staff is helpful. I have done a few returns on products I didn't care for after purchasing. The products could be more in stock and a friendlier atmosphere would be great!! I enjoyed my birthday reward! I would suggest knowing what you want before entering the store. Some sales.
Fast to have trending items like Beyonce's hair line products and sheet mask that turns clear over night.
I I stopped in there this afternoon to get some help on finding a new mascara that is hyper allergenic and some make up, but not one person even ask if I needed help there was no one around, but yet there were three cashiers at the register! Customer service is terrible anymore so I took my business to Macy’s. Got what I needed. The gal was very helpful. Sorry Ulta you just lost a customer.
