Only 1 cashier.. items not in stock. Left because the customer was having difficulty with her rewards and there were 4 of us in line behind her. Several workers just walking around while this 1 cashier was trying to help the customer. I was very disappointed.
VERY disappointed. Went to pick up an online order and they closed an hour early. Dont live locally, can't pick up tomorrow, and leaving country for several weeks. This is NOT the first time this or other Ulta stores didn't follow their posted hours.

Eileen did my hair today and she was FABULOUS! Had the best experience and would 1000% recommend. Ari also is amazing and gave me a great suggestion for a new mascara that I have been loving as well. Great Ulta that is well organized, stocked and filled with employees happy to help when you need it! Can’t go wrong here!
They are always out of what i am coming to buy.
