Services done. Taylor Q is absolutely bad ass in what she does with hair. Besides her super welcoming personality and customer service skills ; anytime i walk out of there she makes me feel so beautiful her knowledge on hair products is also top tier. Can not recommend her enough for any hair services needed !

Spoke with what appeared to be a manager who helped me with deep conditioners. She told me the product was 30% off so I decided to get it. I bring it to the register and it doesn’t ring up 30% off. I told the cashier that there was a sign near the product and I was helped by a manager who started It was on sale. The girl at checkout made a face as if I was lying and said “where” -she went back there to check, and told me I was wrong. I felt followed in the store.. I’m a person that usually does not leave any complaints or anything and I’m even uncomfortable doing this. It felt like they were waiting for me to steal something. Needless to say, I won’t be going back here again as a person of color, it just really was triggering, but Ashley was really nice.
