I was scheduled for today for a makeup appointment for an event today, 11/29/24 in Kingston NY. I received a confirmation text on 11/28 and it was confirmed. This morning (THE DAY OF EVENT) I called them because I didn’t see appointment on the screen and the associate stated that the appointment was cancelled because the stylist moved. What?!?!
