Horrid experience with this store that continues to keep giving. I have been in multiple times for an issue with a purchase and run into the same manager multiple times. Customer service line was horrifically unhelpful and took me THREE WEEKS to reach resolution. Where, surprise! My original complaint was correct. It was my first time visiting this location a few days ago. The cashier, Bobbi, is extremely rude, condescending, and overall unhelpful. By the look of the other reviews, this seems to be a common occurrence with the staff. I would expect better from a place where you can easily drop $100+.

Unfortunately can’t even edit this review to a higher rating than I already had them. My girlfriend bought me a scent here and specifically asked for YSL Libre Intense and they just gave us Libre. Didn’t notice till I went to purchase more of it at Sephora where they have their bottles actually securely locked down but at least out and I could see mine was not the right color as intense. Won’t be coming back to Ulta for scents again
