The employees at this store are all so friendly and amazing! I love shopping at this location. I went to the Olympia store by the mall, bc I was over that way..to do a return. The girl had nasty energy and was so rude for no reason, asked me for my ID even though I entered my phone number and I had my receipt! I definitely will never shop at that location again!! Thank you so much to the awesome employees at Ulta in Lacey(by Costco), we love and appreciate you !!!
Aly is one of the greatest sweetest and funniest hairstylists ever I just got my hair done by her and and I can’t be happier it looks amazing and feminine just like I wanted I’m definitely gonna make another appointment with her sometime soon I hope if anyone sees this please book a appointment with aly with her if you can I bet you’re love her and if any employee sees this especially aly your the best💕
Let me start by saying I’ve had a pretty interesting and bad day. The weather is all gloomy. People are acting all crazy in the roads. I needed to do a return for a couple things to Fabletics. So I wobble my way to the door (I use a seated walker. I’m disabled and partially paralyzed) Kendrick sees me and opens the door for me. He warmly greets me and smiles a very infectious smile. I absolutely love Ulta! I went there with my daughter the other night and we we're looking for a hair dye but they didn't have what she was looking for. But they were still very helpful and I got to smell a lot of different perfumes that I really liked and planned to buy soon!
