Aly in the hair department is amazing! She's so sweet and she knows what she is doing. I come in with ideas and she guides me through what will work with my hair texture, face shape and what doesn't work. I absolutely adore her. The customer service here is top notch as well. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I love this store!
Aly at the salon has been my go to stylist for the last 3 years! She’s so sweet and helpful at consultations! As well as always giving me the perfect hair. (I get semi complex hair designs like chunky placed highlights)She also, always does my haircuts with curtain bangs and layers. At the end even teaching me how to style my hair! 10/10 love Aly and her blue hair!
I genuinely have never come across such a mean person working at ulta :( Went in today to grab some things since I was in town today and live pretty far away and wanted to avoid online shopping. When I went to check out around 12:37, a girl named Nicole was standing at the registers doing something, so I waited until she was ready to check me out.
