I had an appointment scheduled at ten and got a call at 8:53 to have the appointment canceled. I live with disabilities and getting to appointments and planning for appointments is a huge effort. I protected my energy for this appointment and those of you who live with disabilities, you know what i'm talking about. If I could give 0 stars, I would! I just sent My Husband to this location & I am on the phone with him explaining what Fenty Lipstick to grab Me as I get ready for work. I sent him a picture of the lipstick, and told him to ask for help locating it. Not one single employee greeted him, nor offered assistance, meanwhile I hear the women that work there conversing with each other. He waited for them to finish talking. Booked a haircut apt with Michele online walked in on time and was told that she was on break outside (which we saw her when walking outside talking with a customer that looked like her hair was developing) and would be with us shortly. We looked around while we waited and 15 min later get a message that it was changed for an 1.5 hour later then booked.
