If I could put zero star, i WOULD. Today, April 8, 2025, I tried to go store at 8:10 pm to shop. Once I opened the door, they said it was CLOSED. The door was unlocked, plus it was only 8:10pm when the sign on the door said close at 9pm . With nasty attitude. Never had a problem until today.

I do part-time Instacart for extra cash and every time I go to Ulta it's such a treat because everyone's so nice and helpful Cecilia helped me this time I had over 15 items that she found immediately it probably saved me 30 minutes they understand that we're shopping for their clients And I appreciate a business like this that offers help when they see a customer is struggling to find things. Great job keep it up!

Kyra helped me out today and did a FANTASTIC job! I have always been intimidated by beauty stores and haven’t walked in here before today. The store is much larger inside than it looks outside. Kyra walked us around the store and highlighted some awesome deals they had going on. If she didn’t know the answer to my questions she MADE SURE to find someone who did! She also let me know some great tips for the future. Kyra thank you so much for making me so comfortable today! I can’t wait to come back!

This location has really gone down hill in the past few months. The employees are no help at all, the management is rude and unwelcoming. The store is dirty and unorganized. My usual stylist is gone. My brow girl is gone. And the lovely and helpful Soledad is gone. It’s not even worth stepping foot in this store anymore.

I love the casual shopping experience. I can take my time and look at all the products without feeling pressured or watched. When I have a question about a product the employees have been knowledgable and very helpful.
