I was worried about getting my brows done after a previous bad experience, but was referred to Carter by a friend. She explained exactly what she was doing and made me feel safe. Lol My brows look great! I got a compliment as soon as I left. I’m glad I came.

I rarely leave a review on retail stores. I have to say I am usually impressed with Ultas customer service but realize it wasnt at this location. I walked in and not one person asked if I needed help, they all seemed to busy chatting. Get to the register, 1 person in line who apparently was someone who worked there. they were chatting. get up to the register the girl is busy sending off her texts before she can ring my 2 items, mid transaction she goes to help someone else then someone else came over and collected my money. ... read more
