Not welcoming. I went for a specific item/s and when I asked questions about the colors I recieved condescending answers. I just said " okay, thank you" for her to go away and for myself to look around but at that time I was already irritated to be treated that way so I just put the product back and left. I will not be coming back to this Ulta and most likely any Ulta.
Not welcoming and made me feel stupid when inquiring about if they carried a certain product. I had to interrupt a conversation that 3 associates were having in order to get help and then was given some attitude after. Wouldn't shop here again, I'd rather go further to gig harbor. -10/10
