I went in yesterday 6/27 after booking an appointment for my hair to be curled, the woman I booked with was running behind. (So okay I didn’t mind) normally I wouldn’t have an issue waiting but I booked it for my baby shower, another girl, Marcella willingly took me and I just have to say she is SO sweet, I got a couple compliments on how my hair looked🥹 all 3 of the women working that day I wish I got their names in the salon were so wonderful to not only me but my boyfriend while he was waiting. Very nice staff and the store has a lot to choose from.
I've been going to this store and getting my eyebrows done at the Benefit BrowBar for many years. I will not be returning after how the general manager treated me after a bad service. All I wanted was a refund, I never received a call back and when I did speak with her I was given attitude. Very disappointing.
Another Ulta where you’re followed around uncomfortably the entire time by an employee. I’ve never stolen anything in my entire life and don’t appreciate being treated as such! Please rethink your policy of harassing and stalking innocent people while they’re trying to shop. I left without making a purchase because it was such an uncomfortable experience.
