One star because the foundation I needed was in stock. I have been to many Ultas and this is the only one where a staff member scoffed, turned around, and walked away upon my arrival. No greeting, no acknowledgment. I did not feel welcomed. It was a blonde lady.
Very clean store, and friendly staff. Today I had a very pleasant experience there by one of the workers in this location. Sydney Was very helpful and easy to talk to, she made me feel super comfortable and helped me match my foundation color. She gave the best opinions and made sure that I was 100% satisfied, She made sure to present me with different products so I can see the difference on my skin. Clean , organized and helpful staff
Took our 2 year old daughter here for her first (professional) haircut and Olivia Q did such an amazing job! I didn’t know if she would even let someone cut her hair but Olivia was so sweet and friendly that she wasn’t even nervous. It was quick and she got a cute haircut!
Sophia in Fenton always does a great job with mine and my daughter's eyebrow waxing. She awesome!! Very professional, easy to talk with, and makes me feel at ease. Thank you, Sophia!!
