Beware I wouldn’t have given them One Star The most unprofessional Ulta Store I can see why the Stylist leave The Stylist that stay, are horrible I generated an email to Corporate to let them know what’s going on at this specific store.
Sydney went above and beyond! She took the time to talk with me about hair products that would work best for my hair type, even though I didn’t end up purchasing any at this time. She also spent extra time discussing skincare with me, which is what she specializes in, and I did end up purchasing skincare that I’m loving so far. Very uncomfortable experience. On two separate visits, a woman who I believe is a Clinique associate (an older blonde woman) followed my friend and me around the store the entire time. She trailed us from the Clinique section all the way to the hair section and stayed just a few feet behind us at the end of each aisle.
