Got told I was "stealing from the company" because I wanted to make an exchange on a purchase I used my points on and was questioning why they are making me pay the difference. Same product. Same price. Different scent. Your points shouldn't go back on your account for an exchange. This isn't the first time I've had an issue at this store either. Some employees are so rude and condescending.
Came in on Saturday looking for a solution to my eyeshadow issues and the lady with glasses by the door helped me find the perfect fix for my issue! So happy with my purchase!
Today I went into ulta and I had a very uncomfortable experience to where I will not be going back to that Ulta. I am considering not shopping at Ulta again. I was racially profiled. My daughter, my husband and I came in the store we were greeted. We proceeded to head to the back of the store we knew exactly where the products were that we needed.
