I am a diamond member for the rewards. I went to the Oshkosh location to pick up my birthday gift. Four different items had been included in the email as options. They were out of all but one of them and grabbed random samples in their bin that had been in there for who knows how long. Got told I was "stealing from the company" because I wanted to make an exchange on a purchase I used my points on and was questioning why they are making me pay the difference. Same product. Same price. Different scent. Your points shouldn't go back on your account for an exchange. This isn't the first time I've had an issue at this store either. Some employees are so rude and condescending.
