I have used Ulta for my hair coloring needs for a while now. I religiously get my hair done by Natalie. Natalie is top notch!! She keeps up on trends and knows what to suggest for every hair issue I have had. She is knowledgeable and an absolute joy to work with! I enjoy every minute I spend with her at the salon. I am able to relax, chit chat, and laugh with her the whole time. If you want a professional to provide a professional experience, Natalie is the hair expert you need and want!!

I stopped by the Ulta in Oshkosh on Wednesday. As soon as I walked in, I overheard an associate at the front counter who was incredibly kind and gracious toward a customer. Although I couldn't see her, I could hear her positive and engaging conversation. It was refreshing to witness someone being so genuinely kind. When it was my turn to check out, I was fortunate enough to have Dana assist me. Stopped to do a quick return. The sales associate was new, and needed some help with the transaction, so she called for a manager to help. The manager talked down to the associate, and also to me, the customer. Not very professional for a manager. I do realize the holidays are stressful, but then do not go into retail. I also did purchase gift cards for my two daughters , as that was my main reason for my visit, but I will never again shop at the Oshkosh Koelller Street Ulta.
