Have never been to a Ulta before today. I enjoyed the products, but was sooo uncomfortable with the presence of staff! If you are so concerned about theft that you need several helicopter personnel walking around-find another way to present your merchandise. My purse was a concealed backpack with no access-clearly I was not stealing anything! Look at Macy’s, Nordstrom or another store to protect your merchandise and not lurk after your consumer!!! I was helped right away, with nice, caring, personal. And was pleased with her suggestions. I recommend this ulta for all your cosmetic, facial products, and hair care.
Today was my first visit to this Ulta location, I was happy with how clean and well stocked the store is. I was greed and helped at check out by Abigail. She was very helpful with my make up exchange and inputting my number so I could get my points. I really appreciated her positive demeanor and attention to all of my questions.
Dannette could really benefit from some customer service/basic decent human training. Reps like her are why Ulta always has a nasty reputation and why I avoid the store at all costs. The other ladies seem to be nice though.
