As other reviewers have stated employees here our helicopters! Made me feel as though I was stealing, and kept walking around me several times staring at me and my purse. I left feeling very uncomfortable
I had a really good experience today in comparison to previous visits! I usually feel a little uneasy in Ulta but MK really made my experience more enjoyable! She was very personable and knowledgeable about all the fragrances and helped me find the perfect one. Im glad to see nicer people at this store!
Poor customer service, lack of items for certain cultures, lack of assistance, even while being "watched". Pick up policy, inconvenient and inconsistent with other locations. I have been to this location on 3 occasions, each time is worse than the previous, third time is a charm. I will not return.
I stopped by today to get some essentials and Jeremiah’s energy was infectious. It made me want to shop even more. He seemed so willing to help everyone out and kept the check out line moving fast. If you need help, I’d ask for him as his energy was just so kind!
