Very disappointed with the poor customer service in the makeup department. Employees are constantly being summoned on their earphones while waiting on customers. They rush customers and don’t answer questions. I recently had an employee who was more concerned about taking their break than providing customer service. So I left without making any purchases. Do better Fort Wayne Northcrest Ulta!!!
The people there are always friendly and helpful.
