Went to Ulta and decided to get a couple of things off the 75% off rack. It rang wrong but before I could realize the issue, the transaction had already been rang. Cashier tried processing a refund but it wouldn’t allow with tap to pay. Asked to speak to a manager & the cashier didn’t even begin with the fact that she didn’t catch the error on a yellow ticket & also claimed they had been ringing wrong recently. The staff is always super friendly. I am only giving 4 stars because it looks like they lock up most perfume now to include the testers? I tried to look at perfumes the other day and only a select few testers could be reached without an associate unlocking the glass. I ended up leaving without any perfume because I was looking at three and honestly would have needed them to unlock it all again to narrow down my choices and didn’t want to be a bother.
