I’ve been working at this Ulta location for almost a year now, so I’ll be sharing my opinion based on this location from the consumer experience. First of all, all the associates are very friendly! Everybody strives to make sure the customer is happy. The only thing that’s a bummer is that there are no higher end brands like Chanel, Pat McGrath, Natasha Denona, and many more in store. Victoria is a gem! She is the quintessential employee. She’s so good at her profession, checking all of the boxes (professional, kind, efficient, skilled) that she makes you feel like a well cared for friend rather than a customer. The store manager was incredibly sweet and went above and beyond to be super helpful. Store is always very clean and welcoming to people of all ages. It is handicapped accessible. I highly recommend this store.
