I came in on Friday and it was quite busy. I had a list of things I needed to get before Christmas. Sam helped me find every single one and took time out of her day even though it was busy. I would come here again.
Unwelcome. This is the perfect word to describe how I was made to feel tonight by Sam. I can see based on other experiences at this location that it has happened before. Normally i love this location otherwise it would have been one star. The DOOR WAS OPEN, I rushed in thinking it was closing at 9:00 because my email told me pick up before 9:00…my apologies it was closed-no problem, but the door was open. Just stay away. Employees are just a bunch of rude people who treat customers like they are beneath them.
