Madi was my cashier and she was literally so sweet and funny and kind. she was literal sunshine
We walked into Ulta at 8:54 PM, knowing they closed at 9. Instead of a friendly greeting, we were told, “We close in 6 minutes,” in a tone that made it clear we weren’t welcome. Feeling unwelcome, we turned around and left. We called the store to speak to a manager, but the person who answered refused to give their name and hung up on us. Completely unprofessional and disappointing customer service.
Kamika (I’m sorry I’m probably spelling this wrong) did a fabulous job with my hair. I decided to do a big chop and I’m loving the style. She listened to my feedback about adding more layers and answered all my questions about the products she was using. I will definitely be back.
