I booked a brow waxing, which I do often at Ulta. I usually leave with a good experience. Yesterday’s experience was not good. I showed up 5 minutes early to my appointment. My wax specialist came in from lunch 7 minutes late, I had actually parked next to her and she was in her car vaping. So she walks into the store 7 minutes late.
