The clerk Jessica is extremely rude and unhelpful. She suggested that I wasn't smart enough to shake the foundation She has a horrible attitude to be in customer service. I will shop at other Ulta stores or online in the future.
My last 2 shopping experiences were awful due to: -Employees: discussing a trespassed person by name and an employee (also by name) who wasn’t well liked. 4 stood behind the counter talking, SINGING, and/or on their phones rather than doing anything productive like cleaning (see below) or helping customers, who ended up helping each other. -We went 90 minutes after opening, & the store was filthy and disorganized.
