I went in today looking for a new foundation that matches my skin and Krystal helped me find just that and more!! She helped me match a foundation, find a great blush and a mascara to keep a natural look but helps my eyes pop 👀 I'm limited to 5 stars but would definitely give her more!!
so expensive and apparently no air conditioning it was super warm in there to the point I almost left without getting what I needed because I was so uncomfortable. also the little impulse buy bins at the checkout lines bother me because they claim everything in there is "starting at $2.99" but there is only 1 item at that price and it's a tiny nail file. seems scammy. there's never any tester applicators available to use or any way to clean off tested makeup.
A Shout out to my hairstylist, Jonathan and the rest of the crew at the Cheyenne Ulta. As Jonathan was doing my hair consultation, the fire alarms went off. Management said we had to evacuate the mall until we knew what was going on. We were not outside very long, but the experience was very pleasant because of Jonathan and his coworkers.
