I came in with my mother, and we were assisted by a very kind bilingual representative at the Mac stand named David. His help was extremely valuable to us, and we truly appreciated his positive attitude, professionalism, and excellent customer service. Thank you very much, David, for your outstanding assistance.
I only go to this location for convenience. I usually encounter friendly assistance on the sales floor but not always. The cashiers are always unfriendly and never helpful. If I am looking for better service, I go to Mt Laurel.
I went to this location very rude they follow you around like you steal. And I was with my daughter and sister. I will never buy from this ulta location. Just cause based on how you dress your critiqued. Very disgusting I have Watched others get treated the same as well.
I was very disappointed. They advertise that they will apply eyelashes if you buy them there...but there weren't any people working who could do this. And their selection wasn't so good...and I can find better prices elsewhere.
Terrible experience at this Ulta. I had an eyebrow lamination and wax and was burned from the service. I have gotten this service done (at this Ulta) many times in the past with no issues, however my technician said I would need extra time to laminate since it had been a while. I was left with scabs and scarring along my brow, and customer service was no help. Today I got a call from Nicole saying to call her back.
