I definitely won't be back. I came in to buy a specific Nars product. There was probably one other customer in the store so they weren't busy. I asked a sales associate where the Nars products were and he pointed me to the aisle about 2 feet from where he was standing. He told me the concealer I wanted was on the very bottom shelf. I tried to get low enough to look but there were dozens of shades; some were testers. I had to specifically ask him to locate the shade I needed.
