The customer service associates at this location are always very nice & the store is very well kept.
Worst costumer service ever! They made me feel like if I was stealing something ( I was just returning something I bought that was not my shade) they were laughing at me when I went back to the store for a second time to ask about my receipt because I never got one and also because I got charged twice for one item I got, worst thing ever, they couldn’t even apologize and made me feel like it was my problem when it clearly wasn’t!
I did not catch his name but today is January 3, 2026. This gentleman helped me so much today to pick out a perfume and was super friendly!! He knew every fragrance up and down and what fragrances went best with what body mist. I think he deserves a raise and his FLOWERS!
