I went to this location at 8:30pm to grab one thing. I walked into the store and 5 employees were talking so loudly and didn’t even acknowledge me. They all looked at me at kept talking. I walked around the store and couldn’t find what I was looking for so I went back to the front and asked for help, of course that was like the worst thing ever because I was interrupting their loud conversation. Love this place
The employees at this store have NO idea how to process Happy Returns and screwed my return up so badly that I am now unable to return the items and am thus out several hundred dollars. DO NOT USE THIS STORE FOR HAPPY RETURNS. EVER.
Ulta has every beauty product you could need. I only wish they would sell Chanel makeup.
The employees are always nice and very welcoming. The store is organized, if something is not in stock at the store they help you order it online. It’s always a great day to stop at Ulta!
