A big shout out to Kate for being so quick to assist me. I was looking for a great foundation that wouldn’t make me look like I’ve been sitting under the sun all day by the end of day. She also helped me explore a few spontaneous beauty products which I ended up purchasing. Her customer service was 10/10. Every time I’ve visited this location the team is nice and quick to help you which is one of the reasons I never regret spending money here. There's a strange vibe in this store. They pressure you into buying their products, and when you finally agree, they tell you to pick up your items at the register. I understand that these are steps taken to reduce theft, but it's really off-putting.

I had so many people coming up every 2 minutes asking me if I needed help. It was so over the top I couldn't even focus on what I needed. I almost walked out. Then some Asian lady had an attitude because I turned the rolling stand so the natural light was shining towards me so I could see the way the make-up looked on my skin.
