Love Ulta but not this location. I had looked up if the mascara I use was in stock and it was. So we drove over and I couldn’t find it. I ended up seeking a worker out and asking about it and was told they dont sell it anymore there. It’s Better Than Sex by Too Faced lol!! Picked out a travel sized Benefit mascara instead after walking around the store which doesn’t work well for me so I ordered what I wanted to begin with online. From Ulta. So irritating.
I had an appointment with Sally for my hair. She is very sweet and did an amazing service for me. I would definitely recommend.
If you want to have a nice experience don’t go here. The girls are rude, no one wants to help. The manager herself was rude. I hardly get to enjoy myself so this was just a whole bum experience.
Never been here before, highly recommend asking for Atif he’s at this location twice a week I believe he mentioned and he recommended the Dulce eau! Smells so good he is very knowledgeable about fragrances too!
Everytime I go I have a issue. The coupon doesn't work. They say it doesn't include certain brands. They advertise free stuff with purchase. Then say say sorry don't have it. It's first come first serve or it didn't come yet. I will not be returning. I will find else where to order my Clinique makeup. I shop at the McKinney location.
