I’ve been going to this Ulta on and off for the past four years, and unfortunately, I’ve never left feeling good about the experience. Not once. Every time I’ve had a question or needed help, I’ve been met with eye rolls or a general sense of annoyance from the staff. At the checkout, it often feels like they’d rather be anywhere else..they’re either dismissive, barely acknowledge you, or are busy talking to each other while ignoring customers. Worst experience ever!! Me and my 2 friends visited Woodland location salon for a keratin treatment, expecting a smooth and frizz-free result as discussed. Unfortunately, the treatment did not work at all, leaving all of us hairs in the same, if not worse, condition than before the service. We followed all post-treatment care instructions provided by the stylist, including using sulfate-free products and avoiding washing my hair within the recommended timeframe.
