Picked up wife and mother in law up from this location after shopping and noticed my mother in law visibly upset. Asked her what was the matter and she says that the employees at this location were extremely rude to her. She recently had some dermatologist work done on her face and was looking for products to help with this issue and she felt like the employee who was helping her was treating her poorly or judging her for her current skin condition. My wife just called me in tears after leaving this location. Y’all should be ashamed of how you treat customers.
I am extremely disappointed with the continued lack of professionalism and basic courtesy shown by staff at this location. It seems to be the norm. During our most recent visit, my mother — who is a loyal customer — briefly used the brow station mirror to try out a few eyebrow pencil shades. There was no brow artist present & we were using the testers, just at the mirror with good lighting at the artist station. What followed was completely unacceptable.
