I spent nearly $200 here on products recommended by a very nice and helpful sales lady. However, one of the products looked very different on my skin when I got it home. When I attempted to return it, I was told that Ulta will not accept returns unless you create an account in their system, which must include your cellphone number. The manager was not even apologetic about it, instead she was very rude. I will not be shopping at Ulta in the future, either this one or any other.
Do not recommend. Staff is extremely rude, I purchased an online order asked about the free gift that came with purchase was told it didn't come with one although it clearly stated it did and after they told me it didn't come with one they left me standing there while ignoring me. The associate with the drawn on eyebrows was the worst of the 3 with ignoring me standing there, the other 2 just went on piddling around. Was shocked when I saw all the bad reviews. :( staff are always very friendly! I’m here almost everyday because I currently work in the area. Also, just got my hair done here, and wanted to touch up a few spots and she did it for no cost! :)) very sweet ladies here!
