First time in a beauty store. Figured, you know the entire aging process, I would need some help to learn how to adapt my routine. The lady's in here were great! Showed me several options (that I already love less then a week of use) and helped with color matching for some of the newer products I was buying. They had me all over that store yet I didn't feel overwhelmed at all. I'll definitely keep shopping here. Thanks girls, good job
There were so many workers but no one seemed to be helping anyone and today the store was packed. Line was all the way down the cosmetics aisle. But the ladies doing register were getting people checked out fast. But they never made me feel rushed. They worked with a smile on their face. I enjoy going here.
Employees will racially profile you. Just because you are brown or black does not mean you are going to steal anything. Me and my friend were followed the entire time we were in the store. Customers should not feel uncomfortable while shopping. Shame on you Ulta. Do better.
