Very frustrating that if you want them to look up your card for a purchase they require an ID after you enter all security info, but to use the card in store they never ask for an ID to verify it's your Ulta card. Maybe reevaluate your policies. Had to come to town for business and thought I'd swing in and make a return and a purchase, but unfortunately left home in a hurry and forgot my wallet and could not complete the transaction or return because there was a balance for the return/exchange.
