The stars are all for Becky, the stylist who cut and highlighted my hair yesterday. She is awesome, so caring, careful, professional, soft, polite, attentive! So concerned with the result of her work. She told me more than once that if I saw something I did not quite like the next day or so, to call her back and she would fix it. A pearl! (As for the store assistants, I noticed a decline in the last couple of months. I may write a separate review for them.)
Great place
This store has very rude and unprofessional workers/management that trash talk customers to where other customers can hear. I do not recommend this location until something changes there. Even picking up online orders is a nightmare. Do yourself a favor and drive to the Helena location.
I went in to talk to the Estée Lauder associate and when I asked for the person I was told be other Ulta employees they didn’t know who I talking about. When I said I was looking for the specific person they were rude and dismissive.
