From the minute I walked into the store, I was attended to. Marcela welcomed me and helped me find a color match for a discontinued Mac lipstick I wanted to buy for my daughter and surprise her. Then, Marcela helped me find her special shampoo and conditioner based on my vague description . She was very patient and extremely helpful! Marcela deserves a raise! She knows all the products by heart, and was eager to help! I felt welcomed and valued from the moment I walked in the store!

WARNING!!! Absolutely the worst haircut I have ever had!! I asked before I ever made an appointment if she could cut curly hair. She said all the right things. I have long hair, and I specifically expressed I did not want or need more than a 1/2 " cut off the length. I just needed some curls trimmed around my face. I walked out with 6" cut off the bottom!
