Went to the Hingham store to restock my makeup. Product wasn’t in stock, I handed the sales associate what I was looking for; she ordered online and was going to have it delivered to my house. Not only was the wrong product shipped, I had to go to the store and return. Was willing to try a sample of the product, manager gave the OK, but sales associate try to sell me another product and manager never came over with container for sample. Going forward I’ll be ordering online.
Customer service leaves something to be desired. Waited 30 minutes for curbside pickup. The store was not busy when I went in after 2 updates on the app that I was there. I walked in and told them I'd been waiting for half an hour, and the counter rep didn't ask to help me. He didn't apologize. I asked if he could get my order. He told me it wasn't life threatening and got a manager. No. Not lufe threatening, but pretty snarky for someone who looks like he hasn't had to make Christmas "magically happen" for a family.
