The salon isn't knowledgeable about Ulta services, the appointment scheduling was ridiculous, and I was uncomfortable in the chair
After not having the best luck with my last hair dresser I was not feeling super confident coming in. But this is now my second time coming to Romina and I couldn't be more ecstatic that I found her! She cuts and styles my hair better than I could have hoped. This time I even asked for a product suggestion (which I never do) because she had made me trust her as a stylist. And of course a chatting session is always a great part of this too. Thank you Romina!
I just had the BEST experience shopping with Alisha. she took so much time to make sure I had the perfect match for my skin and listened to all of my needs and met them perfectly. I have never felt so good leaving a store and felt like I got more than what I hoped for! I hope everyone going to ulta gets the chance to meet her she is a sweetheart!! thank you alisha 💜💜💜
