Ran in to grab Conditioner. In line for 46 minutes. The cashier Jeanette was phenomenal. She was cheery and wonderful while the Manager did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to open a register to alleviate the waiting time for the long line of 12+ people. The Manger, Blonde lady, short hair closed blinds, walked around the store and did everything possible but assist her one cashier. New review for 3.14.25, it's amazing that there was 5 employees stocking the floor and one manager checking emails when I was getting my hair done but when it's time to check out one employee serving customers while everyone else if worried about stocking shelfs. I get it stuff needs to be full and faced but the customers are waiting 15-20 mins to get checked out is rediclous when there are more than able employees in the store. Also if I get a salon service why can I just be checked out in the back where I got my services. ... read more

10 employees walking in circles on the floor with only one on the register when the line is wrapping around the store. Priorities are not straight here. Unprofessional and lazy. Waited 15 mins in line and just threw the stuff I was going to buy in a random isle and left.

DONT come to Ulta for any new launches because they never have it out!!! And then I'm looked at like I'm crazy when you're an employee and don't even know the launches of each brand!! Today I went in there looking for the fenty shimmer gloss bomb sticks and they weren't out. It's been advertised all over that it's been in stores since yesturday 2/24. Tried to go into the store yesterday but was closed due to the snow storm (okay understandable). But went back today (2/21) lights were on, a worker inside but the same sign was on the door from the day before (2-20) saying they were closed. Watched several people try to get into the building but the building was locked. Tried to call the store as well but could only get the message that they were closed yesterday (2/20). Guess going back to shopping at Sephora.
