I’m severely disappointed with my recent visit to Ulta Beauty. I usually shop online, but I decided to take my daughter in-store so she could enjoy a little “girlhood” experience..something fun and memorable. Unfortunately, it turned into the opposite. i usually go into ulta once a week and i’ve never had a bad experience until today. i was wearing sweatpants and a hoodie with sunglasses, sure it can come off as suspicious wearing sunglasses inside but my eyes get really sensitive to bright light so i just wear them everywhere, i was followed around everywhere i went and i get it i used to work retail when a manager says to keep an eye out you do as they say but to be followed around and asked by every employee in the store every two minutes if i need help it gets really a... read more

Alyssa Gomez did an amazing job helping my daughter and me this past Sunday! From the moment we walked in, she was welcoming, professional, and incredibly attentive. Her customer service was outstanding, and her knowledge truly stood out. She took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we felt confident and taken care of.
