This place smells so dang good. All the workers are super nice and more than happy to help. Very calming place, I love it here.
During my visit, I felt that the interaction with one of the female employees could have been more welcoming. When she asked if I needed help, her tone and facial expression came off as rude and unwelcoming. It felt more like suspicion than genuine assistance, which made me uncomfortable—as if I was being watched rather than helped. Good customer service is about making people feel welcome, not judged.
