Very, very poor customer service. Too many situations to mention. But it's been every single time I've walked in this store. Always something. Always disappointed and regret stopping in. Why didn't we get a Sephora? 😔 Please tell your employees that if a customer asks about a product, that, "I don't know," and walking off like nothing happened is not an acceptable answer. The three lovely ladies working the evening of April 3 were so kind and helpful. Unfortunately, I have health problems that can make things a little hard including thinking at times, but they were so sweet and patience with me. Answered every question and gave helpful tips too!
The service is great. I wish they would change how they show their items on sale. It is so confusing and frustrating when you get to the counter to realize half of the items you thought were on sale were not on sale.
