I went to Ulta over the weekend to return some perfume that I purchased. My father had been ill, my daughter had a baby in the month of May. My father died June 17th,. I am not looking for sympathy but some decent customer service would be appreciated but couldn’t even get that due to being three days past company policy for a in store credit. It have been nice if she would have asked why I was late returning it. I have documentation of my father’s passing if that would help
On our last trip my wife had a hard getting served. We have had great service in the past. Hopefully it was just one time.
Beth new manager and Miley, service technician provided me with outstanding customer service. They both greeted me as I entered the store and offered their help. I stopped coming to this store, I returned due to the liter sale. I will be coming back due to the amazing attention and professionalism that I received. Thank you Beth and Miley!
