They seem to always be out of things these days. No one asked if I needed help, which I did. It almost seemed like they were ignoring customers just so they could have social hour. Honestly, this store has become a bit of a disappointment. I'd rather order online, but that comes with issues too!
Love Ulta and the employees are great but I never get my curbside pickups brought out. I wait and wait and wait and finally I just end up going in. This is if they’re busy or not busy. I usually do a curbside because I have my dog with me. It’s very frustrating.
Don’t waste your time going to this Ulta. They don’t carry most of the popular brands you see on TikTok. It’s mostly just department store brands and drug store brands. Go next door to the Sephora in kohls instead. That’s where you’ll find the stuff you want.
