Rude staff, terrible service, very disappointing. Would not recommend
I love coming to this Ulta. All the staff here ask me if I need help and answer all my questions. I feel so welcomed always. This place is clean, and smells great. The staff are very friendly! I will always shop at this Ulta.
I had an unbelievable experience at this Ulta. I asked if a perfume came with a gift, and instead of answering politely, the cashier ( she is hispanic,kind of chubby)rolled her eyes and said, “Then you should get it at Macy’s.” I asked her, “Why are you so rude? Are you the owner of Ulta?” She claimed, “Yes, I’m the owner.” Even if she were the owner, no Ulta owner would ever treat a customer this way.
