I got my hair done by Carrie today and it was THE BEST EXPERIENCE!! She is so sweet and kind. You can tell she truly has a passion for doing hair and really cares about her work. Not only did my hair turn out better than expected, but she made sure to communicate the whole process to me so i knew everything that she was doing during so i always knew what was going on. another stellar experience at the ulta salon! i’ve had katie, kelly, and carrie work on my curly hair and each one of them went above and beyond to make sure i’m getting EXACTLY what i want! these stylists know what they’re doing, and they are so kind while doing so. each one of them has worked MAGIC on my hair, i cannot recommend them enough! thank you so much for another haircut of my dreams!
