I never went to Ulta before because I thought I was too "old", but my husband suggested it because they carried a cologne he liked. I was shocked. The staff is so helpful and friendly. The first lady who helped us went through a million scents with us (my husband is VERY picky) and she was so patient and kind. Never once made it seem like she was bothered. So sweet. Destiny (sales manager) was super helpful!! She helped me with getting my color matched for my wedding and taught me so much about makeup and led me to the right products. 10/10 would recommend

I popped in here to grab a few skincare items and was impressed by the huge variety of brands they have on the shelves. It is really convenient being able to shop for both high-end makeup and more affordable drugstore favorites in one place. The store was clean, and I found the aisles easy to navigate while looking for what I needed. I had a quick question about a product, and a team member was able to point me in the right direction without any pressure to buy things I didn't want.
