Unfortunately, the staff here is extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. The store is usually a mess. I made a pickup order at 10 AM on Monday, and had someone arrive to pick it up at 1:30 (3 1/2 hours later) for a box of hair dye, only for them to tell me it wasn't ready. 10 minutes after I left, I received a notification that the order was CANCELLED. Excellent customer service. Great selection. Clean.
This store is consistently out of products and appears to be understaffed. Today there was a line waiting to be checked out because the cashier was ill. The manager should have come up and taken over. But no, the poor sick young lady came back and apologized that she was feeling ill. I put my bag down, stepped out of line and left. I'll shop somewhere else.
