It was my moms birthday so we went to Ulta to shop around!! Ryann was so kind and welcoming and hyped her up!! She didn’t push any products on us and was super helpful letting us know about the deals and free totes we could earn!! Her curls are so cute too ☺️
I had a really disappointing experience at Ulta today that I feel needs to be addressed. I went in on my lunch break to pick up a few makeup items and take advantage of a promotion where you receive a free gift after purchasing qualifying products. I specifically selected items to meet the promotion requirements. Wendy in the salon absolutely slayed my hair and I love the tinsel she put in! I feel so beautiful. She gave me exactly what I asked for. I’ve never gotten a haircut from Ulta before, but I will definitely be going back!
