I love shopping here, the staff is always pleasant, courteous, & will either have an immediate answer to your question or they'll find out for you!! The customer service is consistently outstanding, time after time!!
The service is alway good
I had a great experience at the Havana Gardens location. A sweet girl named Ericka helped me. I just told her what I needed and she directed me to all the right products. I also showed her a you tube video of a lip color that I wanted to achieve, and she took me straight to a product and color that matched it perfectly. That’s some great make up knowledge! So Kudos to Ulta, Havana Gardens, and Ericka. Thanks for having amazing employees and atmosphere!! Also my face looks like butter, this girl completely leveled me up. 🥰
