I honestly have never had items in a bag ready to check out and put everything back to leave in my entire life. None of the employees that I asked to assist could help me with anything. One went to the back and didn’t come back out, the line was wrapped around the whole front section and while I understand being short staffed the staff you do have shouldn’t be so rude to their customers. I can’t recommend Ashley enough! We’ve been friends for over 10 years, and she has been doing my hair the entire time—she truly does an amazing job every single visit. Not only is she incredibly talented, but she takes her time and makes sure you get exactly what you want. She makes the whole experience so fun and relaxing. She even cuts my kids’ hair, and that says a lot because they usually don’t enjoy haircuts at all.
