I booked a hair and makeup appointment several months in advance and called to confirm and was told everything was good to go. Then today (8 days out from wedding) I received a voicemail telling me that the appointment has been cancelled. Now I have to find someone to do my bridal hair and makeup in the next few days. Edited to add that the general manager reached out to me to try and make things right, and I appreciate that.

I had a DoorDash order for a lady here in New Bern. I came in the store and the young man that helped me was very helpful and very kind. I found what I needed in two minutes and I was out the door. Great service. Thank you

I went into Ulta Beauty in New Bern, NC and needed help to repair my “Brassy” hair. Brenda assisted me in choosing the proper ingredients to solve my problem. After a lengthy discussion with her, I was given expert instructions on how to correct my problem.
