This is an update to my prior posts...Stylist Theresa remains THE BEST...It is a pity the facilities do not support her continued professionalism...Why are all 3 hair sinks clogged...for weeks? PLEASE Give your hair technicians and customers the respect of working equipment and facilities...this is a minimum expectation for receiving quality service!

I recently got my locs done by Janae and I could not be happier with the experience. From the moment I sat in her chair, she was incredibly professional and attentive. She took her time to carefully work through my hair, making sure each section was neat and healthy. What I appreciated most was the way she cared for my scalp throughout the process, checking in to make sure I was comfortable and explaining what she was doing as she went along. Janae at the beachwood location in the hair department is phenomenal! She did a full set of tape in extensions for me and did a beautiful job! The extensions are well placed and comfortable. She was friendly, attentive, and so knowledgeable. If you’re getting your hair done please go to her!
