The staff is honestly horrendous at this location. I've never been spoken to so rudely by a store employee in my life than the way Karressa spoke with me. She was audaciously snippy and vile throughout my entire interaction with her. 0 customer service skills in that one. Save yourself the awful experience and pick a different location.
Today, I picked up an online order for a $12.96 tinted brow product. I initially stood in the checkout line before realizing there was a separate line for online order pickups, so I stepped out of line and went to the pickup counter. I made an appointment to get my hair done for my birthday and they canceled it an hour before the appointment started due to the stylists being out. Why put the option to book an appointment if its unavailable? thankfully i found an alternative but very disappointed with the way they canceled it an hour before.
THANK YOU - Kris (Harvard Park location) I came in for a makeup application, and unfortunately, the makeup artist I was scheduled with was running behind. I only had a short window of time to get ready for my event, so I was feeling a little stressed. Kris, the Floor Sales Manager, was incredibly helpful and stepped in to assist me.
