Took my grandson to get hair done. Store is stocked well. Brought a few makeup items. Staff was helpful.

I got a sew-in done here in January, it fell apart immediately & when it got fixed I just kept finding flaws and decided to quit complaining about it. The stylist Teya also ignored me after the second issue I had. Wasted money & it felt a practice style. I gave her 3 different hair lengths & she put the longer hair on the bottom & the shorter hair on top smh. Anyways I hope y’all cancel this service until it can be done correctly.
I have been coming to this Ulta for 2 years now, and everyone here is always so helpful and knowledgable about the products. I especially appreciate Daun for always doing my eyebrows. She always takes her time while doing them and is so patient when I have questions. I receive many compliments on them after I get them done.
