I had a scheduled hair appointment at 4:45. At 5:15 I hadn’t been serviced. When I spoke to the stylist about a discount due to her being 30 minutes late she said she couldn’t do anything. She called the store manager over and then told her she was going home and refused to go my hair. I informed Elaina the stylist and Sam the manager I’d be making this post and I called corporate. Tomorrow I will contact the state licensing board. Do not go to this Ulta, they are rude and very unprofessional.
I already have called corporate, but I ’ve been going to ulta beauty salons exclusively for over 3 years, I’ve worked at Ulta and I also am a credit card holder.. I spend thousands of dollars a year at Ulta and am diamond status and have NEVER been treated with such disregard and disrespect than what I was treated with today. I booked a simple blowout ( blowout only) for 1:45pm and got to the store around 1:48. Liked the store but they do not have MAC products.
Been standing in line with 1 person at the register in line and two associates helping her for ten minutes! I mean come on! Then the lady walks away to help someone on the floor - really?????
Grace did an absolute wonderful job with my hair. I will go and see her again.
