Tarah is an absolute star. An incredible asset to the store, her wonderful customer service and help is irreplaceable.
The representative i worked did NOT cease until she found the right product considering the salon staff were gone for the day. Now I have a new product/haircolor (temporary) that I am supper happy with. A stylist told me the deposit was perfect. It's too bad I didn't get the young lady's name. She was patient and cared about what I cared about!
Staff was very helpful. Even went in back, checked for and brought out more stock.
No one greets you, no one asks if you want help or need anything... limited products and different/less available in store than what was said to be in stock online at this specific location
