Not gonna lie, this place has been steadily going down hill. Pretty much every employee is pushy, rude or downright ignores you. I also came in for my yearly birthday gift today and was asked if I had an email from them. Which, I never ever get and it's never been an issue. Yes, I have an account and have a card.
