The team at ULTA Lancaster never ceases to amaze me with their talent and professionalism. I am always greeted with a smile and offered a water bottle. My stylist, Madisyn, goes above and beyond to make sure my hair looks fabulous. I look forward for my next appointment at ULTA!!

I come to Ulta often and my experience is normally great! The staff is always so friendly and accommodating, but my recent experience was a little different which is why I’m writing. I had a negative experience with a young man with brown hair - I didn’t read his name entirely but I know it started with a D. He was incredibly condescending and rude, brushing me off multiple times before I got his attention. When I got his attention, he was unhelpful and unkind, giving me bad advice. This Ulta is a go to place for my wife. We had a great experience today. Terry the sales consultant did an absolute phenomenal job today on explaining products. This type of care and customer service is lacking at other places. Not at this Ulta store with Terry. Thank you Terry!
