I had an appointment for hair and makeup that I had made a month before an event I had coming up. Then a few days before the event I went in the Ulta app to double check the time of the appointment and it showed no appointment existed. I went into the store the next day and spoke with the manager and she looked it up and said I was booked with an employee who quit weeks ago. I've been to a lot of Ulta beauties across the county, the staff here are by far the least helpful. They were more concerned about gossiping and putting on their own makeup.

Shout out to Tiffani at Ulta Salon!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you're nervous about finding someone new for your hair, look no further than Tiffani at Ulta Salon! She was so awesome and did an amazing job with my hair coloring and cut. I'm so happy with the results and have received so many compliments. Tiffani is a joy to talk to and really focuses on what you're looking for. I highly recommend her and have already booked my next appointment!🥰
