Girl heaven? It’s hard to complain about an Ulta unless you get bad service. The employees, I’ll admit, are hit or miss on friendliness, but overall I’ve never been dissatisfied here. Wide range of products - all overpriced but not much cheaper online. Still, when you want that perfect or right-now item - whether for hair or make-up - this is the first logical stop.
I purchased an Ulta gift card as a Christmas gift for $50. It is important to know that this was given to a very close, trusted friend of mine. When she went to use it, the clerk said the card was empty. She immediately texted me to let me know. I called customer service where they redirected me to gift card customer service.
