Two hours into my trip I realized I left my makeup bag at home. I went into Ulta and was quickly greeted and offered help by two sweet employees. They went above and beyond, helping me quickly get all the products I needed and suggested products to replace products I don’t usually buy from Ulta. If I lived in Rock Springs they would be my “go to” gals. They turned a frustrating situation into a positive experience.
Jenasis was so welcoming and she taught me so much about how to style and care for my hair. I love my new hair cut!! She did great and I would recommend her to everyone.
My sister in law and I went in last weekend to find a good foundation for her wedding. I didn't get her name but the girl who helped us was fantastic and knowledgeable. She did a perfect shade match for the foundation and concealer we bought and took the time to make sure it looked good in different lighting and took the time to explain our options for products.
I've been in two different times trying to pick the right foundation for my very light skin, instead of listening to my concerns I feel gaslighted, like they were simply trying to sell whatever they wanted, I've now got two of the exact same foundations, and it makes me look orange, I Even asked several times if I'd be light enough, and they reassured me it would, now I wont be asking for they're opinions, anymore...
