I wouldn't even want to give it a one star but I have to for this review! I have never been treated so rudely in my life as I was in this store! The staff was incredibly rude!!!! It started at the front door when a staff member approached me to see if I needed anything without a smile, very rude approach! I asked her if they had airbrush makeup and she said no! Same as Alexa W review. Not friendly staff, and very slow sales lines. Staff didn't know how to work the machine, or help getting gift certificates.
I was really excited when Ulta came to Cullman, but I was so disappointed in the service at this store. Every other Ulta I've been in have had really sweet sales people, but this location was awful. I left after being in the store for 15 minutes with out once being spoken to. I was even butted out of an aisle by a sales lady helping another customer. I will definitely be ordering online from now on.
