During my visit to this Ulta location today, April 20th, I felt I was treated in a discriminatory manner while attempting to complete a return. I briefly browsed the store before approaching the cashier, Emma. After pulling up my receipt, Emma asked when I had purchased the items. I told her February 28. She said they could not process a return after 30 days. Kurina is a very talented hairdresser, I have had her give me both a cut and color and highly recommend her!
We paid for my daughter to get those colored extensions and not even 24 hours passed and they started falling then my wife called and they told her to go in at 4:30 so we did and the stylist just left didn’t give us a heads up that they were leaving so unprofessional
Anneliese is knowledgeable and very kind! She's always so happy to help, and her soul is truly so sweet. She makes going into Ulta a good experience.
